This privacy policy applies to the Site, the mobile applications ('Applications') and all products and services offered by HealthLink. Your contact information shall be shared with another User or third party only upon your consent

Customer Data

HealthLink will not review, share, distribute, or reference any Customer Data except as provided in the Terms of Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records of Customer Data may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issues, or suspected violation of the Terms of Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. We would take all reasonable precautions for maintaining confidentiality of data.

We advise you that if you do not wish to have your information used or displayed as described in the privacy policy and Terms of Service Agreement, you should reconsider becoming a User of the Site and Applications and its Services. You willingly provide us certain personal information, which we collect in order to provide the Services. If you have any hesitation about providing such information to us and/or having such information displayed on the Website or otherwise used in any manner permitted in this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, you should not become a User.

The accuracy, integrity and completeness of the data you/your doctor enter or the data that you share with your doctors, family etc. is your responsibility, and HealthLink Technologies shall not be liable for any inaccuracy or misuse of information transmitted or received by a third party you have authorized to access or use your Health portfolio.

The information/data/reports/health records provided are not valid for medical legal purposes. Each information/data/report/health record so produced shall always be correlated and supplemented with detailed clinical examination/evaluation by authorized medical professional for arriving at final diagnosis.

You are advised to seek the advice of a qualified health care provided on any question you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you find in our tools. It is safe to presume that the tools are dependent upon the accuracy and completeness of the information you/doctor you choose to provide.

Personal & Non Personal Information

We may collect personal information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users register on the Site or Application, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site or Application. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, etc. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

We may collect non-personal information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers, their utilization and other similar information.

Use of Information

Uses and Disclosures of your Protected Health Information (PHI) Do Not Require Your Authorization. HealthLink Technologies uses and discloses PHI in a number of ways connected to your treatment, payment for your care, and our health care operations. Some examples of how we may use or disclose your PHI without your authorization are listed below;

To our partnered physicians, nurses and others involved in your health care or preventive health care
To our different vendors to coordinate such activities as X-Rays, Blood reports, Physical therapy
To other health care providers treating you who are on other networks (Not partnered with HealthLink Technologies)
To administer your health benefits, bill you for health care we provide
To pay other who provided health care services
To administer and support our business activities. For example, we may use your PHI to review and improve your health care
Appointment Reminders - To you, to remind you in writing or by phone/voicemail or other means that you have a health care appointment with us
Maintaining and operating the site and related applications (this may include registering you, processing payments or providing you with customer support);
Responding to questions and communications, which we retain in the ordinary course of business;
Announcements about new features, terms, policies or other aspects of the site and related applications;
Protecting the site and related applications, the information it protects, the rights of third parties and in response to legal process and any other purpose described in this Policy
Evaluating and profiling the performance of the site and related applications, including analyzing of usage trends and patterns and measuring the effectiveness of content, advertising, features or services
Creating new features and services
Contextual and cookie-based content delivery (for example for delivering certain images to you and your Device) and,
Other purposes described in this Policy or Terms of Service Agreement

We may also use non-personal information to prepare aggregate reports that illustrate trends about the general use of the site and applications. Such reports may include age, gender or other general user information. These reports will not include personal data.

Sharing of Information

HealthLink shall not share any personal information you submit except (although not limited to) under the following circumstances;

You choose to share such information through the site and related applications
HealthLink notifies you or otherwise has your or your provider’s express consent
We are required to shared information with our current and future affiliates
We provide information to trusted service providers consistent with the terms of this Policy and with the approval of your provider. (Such service providers will be bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations which may include business associate contract obligations)
When HealthLink protects the site and related applications, the information it stores, the rights of third parties and in response to legal process, as more fully described below;
- In connection with a sale, merger, reorganization or other disposition (whether of assets, stock, or otherwise) of all or a portion of the business conducted by HealthLink to which this Policy applies. This Policy will govern any such acquiring company’s use of your personal information and

Web browser cookies

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Payments

We may use the information Users provide about them when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service. We may require our Users to pay with a credit card, wire transfer, debit card or cheque. We will collect your credit card number and/or other financial institution information such as bank account numbers and will use that information for the billing and payment processes, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such credit card number and information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation. Verification of credit information, however, is accomplished solely by the User through the authentication process.

Communication

The email address Users provide for order processing or registering with us, will be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order and registration. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Third party websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site or Applications that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site or Applications. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site or Application, is subject to that website's own terms and policies. HealthLink will NOT use personally identifiable information to target ads.

Please keep in mind that any dealings that you have with advertisers/vendors found on the site are between you and the advertisers/vendors. We nor us/our suppliers are liable for any loss or claim you may have against any advertisers/vendors.

If you choose to access the site and services from location outside India, you do so, on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. HealthLink Technologies and company’s partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site and services.

User Disputes

We are not responsible for any disputes or disagreements between you and any third party with whom you interact using the Service, including payment processors and speech-to-text providers. We are also not responsible for disputes or disagreements between you and any of your Healthcare professionals with or for whom you or the said persons have used the Service. You assume all risk associated with dealing with third parties. You agree to resolve disputes directly with the other party. You release HealthLink of all claims, demands, and damages in disputes among users of the Service. You also agree not to involve us in such disputes. We recommend you to use caution when using the Service.

For disputes relating to HealthLink’s service offerings including this agreement, its scope or interpretation, each party agrees that such disputes will be settled by arbitration of a sole arbitrator appointed HealthLink Technologies who shall promptly meet and confer in an effort to resolve such disputes

About the Application

HealthE is an Android Application that supports management of Personal Health Records for self and Family Members. The app is integrated with the other HealthLink products for seamless & secured sharing of information

HealthE App is available for a free download on Google PlayStore
Activation charges may be applicable for Users in order to avail the services offered through the Application
Annual renewal charges would be additional applicable in order to maintain the continuity of the active status

Users will be responsible to track the activation status and wherever applicable, renew the application timely, in order to avoid the discontinuation of the Services

Acceptance of the terms

By using this Site or related Applications, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. HealthLink Technologies shall terminate and/or suspend your registration immediately and without notice, if there has been violation of these Terms of Service or other policies by you or on someone using your credentials. Your right of use the services will end once your registration is cancelled or terminated, and any data you have stored on such a service may be unavailable later. The contract and any supplemental terms, policies, rules and guidelines posted on the site and the services constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthLink Technologies. If any part of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties and the remaining portions shall remain in force and effect.
